On the 22th of October 2022 about 120.000 people took to the streets in Berlin, in solidarity with the Womanrevolution in Iran.

The demo was organized by Woman Life Freedom Collective. Many exile Iranians, people who lost their relatives in the protests or fear for their families in Iran where present.

Also the Kurdish Community, who are effected especially hard by the Iranian Regime supported the protest loud and powerful.

I was there with my camera to capture some of their stories and voices.

In middle of September 22 the second rebellion-week ,organized by the climate movement Extinction Rebellion (XR), took place in Berlin. I had the chance to capture some impressions at Schlesisches Tor. Under the hashtag #WewantToSurvive XR was calling for actions of mass civil disobedience. A lot of different people came together to protest peacefully, using art as a way to express their demands for climate justice. I was happy to see how XR evolved. A few activists glued themselves against heavy objects, which they carried to the streets and different Lock-On methods. The most effective method have been upside down bathtubs, filled with concrete and about 6 activists having their hands glued together, somewhere inside the bathtubs. It took a lot of tools and time for the police to get them out of the way. Protest and civil disobedience is the strongest force people have, to reach political change.

The Full Circle is a project of Sophie Charlotte Adler, Georg Stuby and Pierre Ravan.

They team up to create a full circle of selfcare practices. Combining the two worlds of wellness wellbeing and entertainment, they offer something completely new. Meditation, Yoga and Breathwork are followed by a hypnotic soundjourney, which enables the participants to reach into the unconscious parts of the mind.

After these transformative experiences, the events ends with a party, beautiful music and the chance to connect within the community.

I personaly can’t imagine Festivals without them anymore.
